    From Atlanta heading North:
  • Take 400 N to Exit 7A, merge right onto Holcomb Bridge Rd/GA140 towards Norcross
  • Travel 0.7 mi. then turn left onto Old Alabama Rd.
  • Continue 2.5 mi. then turn left to stay on Old Alabama Rd.
  • Body-n-Balance will be 0.5 mi. on the right (inside the Fresh Market shopping center)
    Heading South::
  • Take 400 S to exit 9 (Haynes Bridge Rd) towards Alpharetta
  • In 0.4 mi. keep right at the fork to turn onto Haynes Bridge Rd.
  • Continue 2.9 mi. then turn right onto Old Alabama Rd.
  • Body-n-Balance will be on your left (inside the Fresh Market Shopping Center)
